How to Upgrade my Account?

Upgrading your account is a simple process that can give you more access. Here's how to upgrade your account in Kibbi:

Step 1: Sign in to your Kibbi account

Before you can upgrade your account, you'll need to sign in to your Kibbi account. If you haven't created an account yet, you'll need to do that first. You can click here to know on how to register. Or you can start the registration on this link: https://employer.mykibbi.com/pricing

After you register if you selected paid package, it will ask you for payment info and you can add a coupon if you have one.

Step 2: Click on your Profile Logo

Once you're signed in, click on the "Profile Logo" in the top navigation bar. Then click on “Upgrade” or you can visit this link https://employer.mykibbi.com/pricing.

Step 3: Choose your new plan

This section will show you your current plan, as well as the other plans that are available to you. Take a look at the features of each plan to decide which one is right for you. To learn more about our monthly plan, you can click here.

Step 4: Upgrade your account

Once you've decided which plan you want, click the "Start" button at the bottom of that plan. You'll be taken to a payment page where you can enter your payment information and complete the upgrade process. Or you can also use a coupon code if you have any. Click on the package name and enter the code:

Step 5: Enjoy your new features

After your payment is processed, your account will be upgraded to the new plan. You'll have access to all the new features and capabilities that come with that plan, so be sure to explore them and make the most of them!
